Lance is an entrepreneur focusing on financial services. Formal training degrees and designations were received from Baylor University, Louisiana State University, The American College and the Internationally- acclaimed Strategic Coach, Inc.

His 30 plus years experience in the financial industry allow him to match client needs with solutions through High and Associates and his partnering companies.

Lance is a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, the Waco Chamber of Commerce and the Waco Rotary. He is an avid hunter, enjoys traveling and wine tasting with his wife Melody and keeping busy with their grandchildren.
